But, I found the website easy to use, I loved the multiple filters (made sifting through the hundreds of merchandise options more "doable"), the prices are great, and when they were not quite the best, a simple phone call resulted in a price match. I am very pleased with my experience so far. Item arrived in two days - great service - and was just as advertised / ordered. Excellent experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
