I cannot believe how much trouble ordering 1 item for someone who has bought several things over the years. And when I let them know the order was incomplete they did not even email back & say "tough ....". I was ignored! This, after having to redo the order three times and having to retype my email address about 20 times. A stroke keft my left side paralized so I can only type one finger, extra keystrokws are hard. I have just stopped dealing with CompUSA, just when I was looking for a new system!

Called the store. They said to go on internet. I went and found exacty wat I want. I knew there would be a tax and the shipping was not exortitant. I was very satisfied with the experience. Had trouble maneuvering the VISA credit card verification system. Finally had to switch to AMEX to complete the transaction.

I would have given the over all rating a "Good" however, originally I had called the merchant and asked them if they had the item at their store location in Raleigh, NC, they said they had 30+ of them in stock. When I drove 45 minutes to the store to pick the item up, they informed me that they didn't have any in stock and tried to sell me a different item. After looking on different sites for the same item, it was cheaper to just purchase it from COMPUSA the original merchant that lied to me in the first place. Was not a good shopping experience, but it was the cheapest I could find at the time. I'm just disappointed I won't have it for my wife in time.. it is an anniversary gift.

REALLY didn't like that they automatically added a "free" anti-virus software download to my cart after the shipping amount was calculated. I don't care if it was free - that practice appears sneaky to me and reflects poorly on them as a merchant. Overall Rating
